These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ZenytheLabs software products and the zenythelabs.in website. By downloading, installing, or using any ZenytheLabs product, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all users worldwide.
1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a valid license, ZenytheLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the software on one device. The license is personal — it cannot be shared, resold, or sublicensed.
Free trial licenses are granted for evaluation purposes only, for the duration specified at the time of issue. Using a trial license beyond its expiry period without purchasing is a violation of these terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ZenytheLabs software
- Share, resell, or transfer your license key to another person
- Use the software to develop a competing product
- Circumvent license validation, activation systems, or hardware binding
- Attempt to bypass trial expiry or offline enforcement mechanisms
3. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. ZenytheLabs does not store or process payment card information directly. The specific refund policy depends on the payment processor used at the time of purchase.
As a general policy, we offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if the software does not work as described on your system and the issue cannot be resolved through support. Contact zxfunnyverse@gmail.com to request a refund.
4. Software Updates
A valid license entitles you to all updates within the same major version. We reserve the right to release future major versions as separate paid upgrades, though existing license holders will be given preferential pricing.
5. No Warranty
ZenytheLabs software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration. You use the software at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZenytheLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ZenytheLabs software for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to harm others. Use of macro tools in online games is at your own risk and your responsibility to comply with the game's terms of service.
8. Intellectual Property
All ZenytheLabs software, brand names, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of ZenytheLabs. You may not use our brand identity without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. However, we respect and comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdiction of our users worldwide, including the EU, UK, US, and Australia, where mandatory local laws provide additional rights that supersede these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. Continued use of our software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
