What to include in your message

To help us respond faster, include the following where relevant:

• The product you are asking about (e.g. ZeeScroll)
• Your Windows version (Windows 10 or 11, 32-bit or 64-bit)
• A description of the issue or question
• Your license key if the issue is related to activation (first 8 characters only is fine)

License & Activation Issues

If you are having trouble activating your license, first make sure you have an active internet connection during the initial activation step. If the problem persists, email us with your order confirmation and we will sort it out manually.

Refund Requests
