ZenytheLabs ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights — regardless of where you are in the world.
1. Information We Collect
Our website (zenythelabs.in) is a static informational site. We do not run any backend servers, databases, or user accounts on this website. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information directly through this site.
When you purchase a license for ZeeScroll or any ZenytheLabs product through a third-party payment processor (such as Gumroad or similar), that processor handles your transaction data under their own privacy policy. We receive only a license key confirmation — no payment details.
2. License Activation
ZenytheLabs products use a third-party license management service (LicenseAuth) to validate license keys. During activation, the following is transmitted to their servers:
- Your license key
- A hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your Windows user account — this is a hashed, non-reversible value used only to prevent key sharing
- Your IP address (standard with any internet request)
After activation, all data is cached locally on your machine using Windows DPAPI encryption. Subsequent launches do not transmit data unless your license needs re-validation.
3. Telemetry and Analytics
ZenytheLabs products collect zero telemetry. No usage data, crash reports, feature analytics, or behavioral data is ever sent from our software. Your scrolling behavior, key presses, and application usage are entirely private and never leave your machine.
This website does not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service. If this changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent notice will be added.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, session cookies, or third-party advertising cookies are used.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts — for typography. Google may log the request IP. See Google Privacy Policy.
- LicenseAuth — for license key validation. See their privacy policy at licenseauth.cloud.
- Third-party payment processors — for purchases. We do not control or store any payment data.
6. Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data through this website, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. License activation data held by LicenseAuth is subject to their retention policies.
7. Your Rights
Regardless of your location, you have the right to know what data is held about you and to request its deletion. For license-related data, contact us at zxfunnyverse@gmail.com and we will work with LicenseAuth on your behalf.
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA. We honor these rights globally.
8. Children's Privacy
Our products and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
